The Sewer Snake is a relatively new invention, but its popularity has skyrocketed. In fact, it’s now being used by millions of homeowners every year.
And why wouldn’t they choose the easiest way to get rid of clogged drains?
A sewer snake has a flexible hose that allows workers to inspect underground pipes without digging trenches to reach them. They also allow maintenance crews to clean out clogged drains and sewers and prevent backflow into houses. The longer the snake, the easier it is to maneuver through tight spaces.
To use it, the user inserts the drum head into the pipe and then pushes it through using hand pressure. This action causes the drum head to spin around inside the pipe. As the drum head spins, it removes debris from the pipe wall. Once the debris has been removed, water can flow freely through the pipe again.
